St. Mary's Sacred Heart Wellness Center is dedicated to making health and fitness attainable for everyone.
Our facility is open to the public and we are located at 367 Clear Creek Parkway on the Ground Floor of Physician
Center 1. The Wellness Center is a full-service exercise facility with locker rooms and showers. We also offer a
full range of cardio equipment (treadmills, elliptical machines, stair climber etc.), plus free weights and
resistance machines.

Group Fitness Class Schedule
Join us for our group fitness classes. Your gym membership includes use of our gym and classes. You must be a
current and active member to attend classes.
All instructors are specifically certified to teach their individual classes. We provide various levels of impact and
challenge; choose the class or classes that best meet your needs.

COME JOIN THE FUN!
Pilates
A core class that is designed to strengthen and lengthen muscle. Pilates incorporates exercises and stretches that
improve flexibility, tone, and balance. Appropriate for every age and ability.
Kickboxing
A high intensity group fitness class that incorporates cardiovascular exercise along with weight training and core strengthening.

HIIT
Appropriate for all ages including active older adults who find the exercises highly powerful in improving health.
This energetic 30-minute class helps people burn fat and carbohydrates within a “short” time. Participants discover
they benefit from a revved-up metabolism post-workout. It also increases resting energy output, which means the body
is continuing to burn calories at an elevated rate after exercise.
Can you do me a favor and balance on your right foot for one minute? Yes, YOU need this class!
Chair Yoga
Ideal for anyone suffering from health concerns, such as chronic pain, arthritis, carpal tunnel, osteoporosis, heart
conditions, and more. A chair is a great tool for anyone who needs adaptive yoga. It includes relaxation exercises,
stretching for increased flexibility balance exercises, fall prevention, and muscular strength. Participants who use
wheelchairs, a cane, walkers, or full mobility can enjoy this class at their level. There are always “options” and
alternatives to adapt the yoga to participants' limitations.

Yoga
An anaerobic exercise that complements active participants' fitness goals. It helps build awareness of tension and
tightness while strengthening the body. It can improve posture, balance, flexibility, helps ease anxiety/stress and
so much more. It is an art and science of healthy living. Participants will tell you they feel amazing after class
and are able to do activities of daily living with ease.
Personal Training
The Sacred Heart Wellness Center now has a certified personal trainer on staff to help assist you with an
individualized workout plan. Whatever your goals are, be it weight loss, strength training, endurance, or
maintenance, we can create a plan for you.
