Biography of Foster Scott Hardigree
Scott worked at the family-owned apparel manufacturing business started by his father in 1963. He worked there part-time during high school and college years. In 1990, upon graduating from Clemson University, Scott became President of the company.
Scott has served on many boards and civic organizations, including Athens Technical College Advisory Board, Hart County Charter System College and Career Advisory Board.

Family-owned apparel manufacturing business started by my father in 1963. I worked there part-time during my high school and college years. Started full-time upon graduation from Clemson. Became President of the company in 1990. The business closed in 2007 due to competition from offshore manufacturing.
