Holley joined St. Mary’s in January 2025. She brings to St. Mary’s extensive and progressive experience in nursing leadership, including 19 years with HCA Healthcare, Universal Health Services (UHS), PeaceHealth and Vibra Health. Her career has spanned acute care and long-term care with for-profit and faith-based health systems.
Before coming to St. Mary’s, she served as Chief Clinical Officer/Chief Operating Officer at Vibra Hospital of Portland, WA. Prior to her role at Vibra, she served as CNO of Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, WA; CNO of Valley Hospital Medical Center, part of UHS Healthcare, in Las Vegas, NV; CNO of The Woman’s Hospital of Texas, HCA Healthcare, in Houston, and CNO of Valley Regional Medical Center, HCA Healthcare, in Brownsville, Texas. She has extensive experience as a bedside nurse, traveling nurse, charge nurse, ICU nurse manager and associate CNO. She also served as an adjunct faculty member at Clark County Community College in Vancouver, WA.
Holley earned her Associate’s degree in nursing from Grayson County College in Denison, Texas; Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington; and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN. She has extensive experience in community service as well, including the Washington State Hospital Association Board, Columbia River Mental Health Board, American Heart Association “Go Red” Executive Board, Chamberlain Advisory Committee, March of Dimes, Moody Clinic and the University of Texas at Brownsville.
