Janice is a seasoned healthcare financial executive with extensive experience in large, multi-faceted systems as well as stand-alone hospitals. A resident of Oconee County, she is an accomplished team player with a consistent track record of building and nurturing a culture of accountability, fiscal stewardship, excellence, quality and respect.

Prior to joining St. Mary’s in 2018, Janice served as Chief Financial Officer for the two-hospital, integrated Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick and Camden County, Ga., where she helped lead a $125 million facility expansion and renovation plan, transformed the system’s revenue cycle, and generated $1.7 million in savings from purchased services and supply chain.

Previous experience includes leadership roles at Saint Joseph Health System, Mishawaka and Plymouth, Ind., St. Joseph Medical Center, Towson, Md.; Southwest General Health Center, Middleburg Heights, Ohio; three family-owned physician staffing/medical services companies in Solon, Ohio, and Parma Community General Hospital, Parma, Ohio.

Janice received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Akron in Ohio and her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio.
