My only problem is that he is such a good doctor he stays booked, hard to get an appointment when you are sick.
It means a lot to have a kind and excellent doctor looking out for me.

He is exceptional in every way and with every visit with him, I feel heard and understood and seen as a patient and as a person. I have 100% trust in his medical judgment and his care of me. He always prepares for my visits carefully and spends valuable time discussing my questions and concerns as well as his recommendations for my most healthy outcome.

Dr. Gaines is so amazing. I completely trust him with my medical care and he is an absolute pleasure to see. He always takes the time to explain everything to me in language that I can understand and he is very clear with my treatment plan and options. He spends a lot of time with me as a patient which can be difficult in today’s fast paced environment, but he always makes me feel like I’m the only patient he has when I’m with him. That’s a rarity in today’s world.
