Dr. Smith listened, explained, and provided me with exceptional care. I felt that she really took the time to understand and explain things to me.
She listened, stayed on point & treated me with respect. When I left she had followed through with everything we discussed in the exam room & I was given a summary of the visit which was clear & accurate.

With their compassion I know they would go slower as they treated me, but I know that they have to turn a certain number of patients per day and that just makes things ougher for them

The front desk staff has become more responsive and helpful in the last year or two. It used to be very hard to get appointments and call backs, etc. It is better now!
