Dr. Smith always treats me with care. She spends the necessary time with me and doesn't make me feel she's rushing. She listens (which I find a lot of doctors don't do).

I called in early June to ask for an earlier appointment due to shoulder pain, later diagnosed as torn rotator cuff. I left message, yet nobody called me back until two weeks later (when I was out of town) to inform me my appointment had to be pushed back two more weeks. It would help if calls were returned in a more reasonable time.

Even though I had signed in on the new patient portal prior to my visit, it still required a lengthy amount of time to "finish" filling in the information. However, going forward, having St Mary's now a part of the Patient Portal system that is accessed by other care providers I utilize, it is comforting to know my health information is focused on one portal they can access.
