Dr. Dowling is always caring, listens to my concerns, asks me questions, makes sure all of my questions are answered, gives me options, talks through said options with me. I fully believe that he cares about me as a person, as a patient, and my overall health. We are very fortunate to have Dr. Dowling and his practice in Monroe.
No problems with provider. The website check in sucks though. After wasting time going through all the steps, i get there and still have to fill out much the same information and then get asked more of the same questions i answered in the check-in on line.
Dr. James Dowling should be triplets, so that you could hire all three of them. He is an EXCELLENT CARDIOLOGIST and this practice is an excellent healing place.

Most excellent! The one thing that would improve my personal experience is a direct phone line to the Monroe office of Dr. Dowling. The central phone system is difficult at best & frequently does not operate at all.
