Dr. Dowling is genuinely interested in my well being & concerns. He shows great compassion. He listens, asks questions, answers my questions with honesty and care. Dr. Dowling offers options and we talk through choices made. He shares stories & experiences that give me insight to make the best choices for me. His explanations are thorough yet very understandable. I have every confidence that I am in great care!
