Testimonials

Just a note to let you know that our family can’t thank you enough for your constant support during our Mother’s life changing health experience this past year. Mom was self-sufficient and very independent until this time a year ago. She had a serious health issue and we knew she needed to have more nursing care than we could provide.

After discussions with our Mom we decided she needed to move into an assisted living community and thank goodness we had the opportunity to visit your wonderful facility and to meet the staff. She along with her four children were sold on HHV and even though she’s had struggles and difficulties with her health over the past year she’s been improving and thriving no doubt because of the wonderful care she receives at HHV.

The kindness of the staff and the support are exceptional from the food, the activities and just the fact of knowing our Mom is safe and well cared for. The staff makes us feel loved and welcomed and it is just such a warm and loving environment that are provided for the residents.

When my husband died I thought I would never be joyful again. I had to leave our home, my familiar lifestyle and uproot to be closer to my children.

I visited and later moved to Highland Hills Retirement Community. Here I have found a caring and responsive staff, loving friends with similar life losses, security and worry-free living. Highland Hills gave my life a new and different kind of joy!

We all want for our parents to be safe, well cared for, and socially stimulated as they age. The best place for that is often not their home or ours. Highland Hills was a godsend for my parents and our family. In six years there we have never had a complaint.

My parents have always been safe and physically well cared for and have had opportunities to have friends and participate in social activities. Most importantly, the staff obviously cares for the residents. Residents are treated with kindness and respect and families are quickly consulted about any concerns. Highland Hills has been an extended family for us and I am grateful for their care.
