Chia Seed Pudding

Serves 2
- 1 cup milk of choice (almond milk, coconut milk, oat milk, etc.)
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tbsp pure maple syrup
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
Topping Suggestions
- ½ cup berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
- ½ banana
- 2 tbsp nut butter of choice (peanut butter, almond butter, sunflower butter)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, combine milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well. Divide evenly into two 8 oz lidded jars; fill about halfway, leaving space at the top for toppings. Chill overnight or for at least 8 hours for pudding to set.
- 2. Top with desired toppings and enjoy.
