Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond milk, coconut milk, oat milk, etc.)
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt

Topping Suggestions

  • ½ cup berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
  • ½ banana
  • 2 tbsp nut butter of choice (peanut butter, almond butter, sunflower butter)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

  • 1. In a bowl, combine milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well. Divide evenly into two 8 oz lidded jars; fill about halfway, leaving space at the top for toppings. Chill overnight or for at least 8 hours for pudding to set.
  • 2. Top with desired toppings and enjoy.
