Sun-Dried Tomato-Olive Hummus

- 2, 15 oz cans of chickpeas, drained
- ½ cup plain, low-fat yogurt
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ cup chopped sun dried tomatoes
- ¼ cup sliced kalamata olives
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
Instructions
- 1. In a blender, combine chickpeas, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and cumin. Blend until smooth.
- 2. Stir in sun dried tomatoes, olives, and cilantro.
- 3. Serve with vegetables or pita chips.
